Help with iver clocking a card

hi
ineed to overclock my card 8300gs

i used rivatuner but it wont let me clock for
more than 690 core clock
1380 shader clock
and 400 mem clock

ok so if i want to boost it more
is there a program that let me get and open range or is there a trick that i can do so i can over clock more

and don't worry about heat i kind of tryring to get under control with fan and everthing

i just installed an athlon heatsink on it so i hope i can do more over clocking thanks infront
