Help with low FPS on BF4

I have a 270x overclocked like hell, 8gb ram, fx6300 and I am getting extremely low fps in bf3 and bf4.
BF3 I should be able to mantain 60fps stable at least 80% of the time on ultra, and BF4 I should be able to mantain above 30 all the time on ultra but I dont get above 30 not even in high settings. This are the only games I have problems with, there are more demanding games like witcher 3 in which I get higher fps, I would really apreciate it if someone could help me out.

I am playing in a 900p monitor so I should be getting higher fps even more so


(I am no noob so please dont give answers like: "have you updated your drivers, have you repaired your game in origin")

I have tried previous drivers and they are all the same.
I have tried mantle and directx
My internet connection is good.

don't use ultra, just lower the settings.
i am not sure how well it should handle the game, a 270x is good, but not that good.
even my 670 cant handle ultra >60fps

Yeah but im playing on 900p monitor and my settings are on high, I should be getting above 60fps, ive seen 1080p benchmarks in ultra and the 270x can mantain above 45 at least.

install msi afterburner with hwinfo64, monitor your temps and utilization (both cpu and gpu)
ill use high settings if i were you

if you change from ultra to high or med do you get higher fps? If not, it might be your cpu.
