Help with Madctaz Strike 7 and RAT 9 software

So I recently got a new computer. Installed and none of the software is working correctly. Every function is working but the programmable keys on both the mouse and keyboard. I am at my wits end trying to figure all of this out. Maybe there is a work around, a fix or something I need to download.

Anyway, its a windows 10 machine, any help would be appreciated.

Did you check with support for the software if it works under 10 properly? I thought that company went out of business? Not likely the software was kept updated.
