Help with making my CPU fan quieter

So I'm with a problem with the CPU fan(Ryzen wraith stock cooler) it's making both a vibrating noise and a clicking noise, and even after removing the fan and holding it in my hand, it's still vibrating and sounding like the fan is struggling, showing that the problem is on the fan itself and not on the way it's mounted.

I could replace it with another cooler, but I really like the looks of it and it's performance is great since i'm not doing any heavy overclock. I tried to use some lubrication of oil on it's back but it made it slightly worst, and I could not find any cheap stock coolers or amd fans to replace it either(I don't live in the US by the way) so I'm wondering if there's any way to fix it.

RMA it, it is under 12m months old. Don't muck around oiling it etc.

can't you just replace the fan?
there are many 92mm fans for sale.
or
one of these and a 120mm fan

I never did that before, so should I sent an email to the store where I bought it asking for them to replace the stock fan? I bought it only some months ago.

So guys, if I bought a 8CM fan, like this ones, it would be able to replace the stock cooler and screw in normally, and stuff?

Measure the fan and get the right size. they are pretty much standard units as far as mounting and size goes. be sure you get the right connector and your good.
