Well as the title says I'm looking for help with motherboard :) I want to build a pc using 4770k pcu. As far as I know it can be overclocked and as far as I understand some motherboards are better with overclocking. I don't have a lot of knowledge about them so could you suggest some kind of motherboard that would go nice with this cpu :) Thx in advance :)

If it's for gaming as you can see on the review that the MSI gaming mobo is the best mobo and is cheaper than the Asus mobo. have a look at the review if you're not sure.

Just quick glancing they seem comparable.

Largest benefit of the Asus board is that it comes with software such as, "Sonic Radar", "RamDisk", "Direct to Bios", and many other really useful features. Also, Asus is generally considered one of the best mobo makers.

I'd say pick your poison on that one, since they both seem like good options. (I have 2 GB boards for my AMD rigs, they had issues, but I hear GB ironed a lot of that out / ga-970a-ud3 and 990FXA-UD5)

*The asus board also has buttons on the board for starting your computer, and/or booting it to bios. It's a very OC friendly board. Sorry it's too late for me to do a head to head here.
