Question Help with merged audio with realtek audio

I got a new pc, and downloaded the Realtek audio drivers on the MSI website for my motherboard when I noticed it's onboard speakers wasn't play audio (earphones were fine). However, both drivers didn't help fix the issue, and reads my earphones as speakers.

I can't figure out why, but after that, my earphones audio got merged. During testing, sound that should only be heard from the left ear is also heard from the right ear and plays really loud (it's the same with the right ear, albeit it plays really quietly, to the point you can't hear it).

Is there a way to fix this? Maybe I downloaded the wrong drivers, or missed a few steps in installation or setup? I tried reinstalling both drivers several times, uninstalling audio device from device manager, and messing with the Windows wound panel. I'm using a B450M Mortar Max and a rx570 on a Win 10 64 bit if that helps. I'm definitely sure it isn't my earphones because they work fine on other devices. Thanks!
