help with mic and mixer

I recently bought a shure SM7b and a Yamaha mg10xu mixer.
My mic is not picking up my voice but my pcaudio. (like when I play a youtube video/ game it's picking that up but not my voice). I been trying to research online for over 2 hours. I'm completely lost. Someone please help me

Yes, both is under my mixer. it doesn't show my microphone because it's plug into the mixer
