So i have my Mic on my recording devices set right so that people can hear me and that not much sound is transmitted on Discord, whereas when i go onto shadow play and record my voice Everything is picked up, even when i swallow or move my lips, now if i turn this down then it turns down my whole mic as well which means people in discord can not hear me, this is so annoying, is there a way around this?

Since this only happens in discord, it should be fixable within the software..

In your discord settings, go to your Voice Activity settings and uncheck the 'automatic determine input sensitivity'.

The key here is to leave the sensitivity marker high enough that nothing is transmitted when you're not speaking, make sure the bar is only yellow when you're not speaking. But still low enough so that it doesn't cut out your voice when you speak softly..

Goodluck!

But then when i go into shadowplay and turn the mic down to half way because its way to sensitive then my mic on discord will be too low to reach the place i have set it as;/
