i'm looking to build a mini-itx gaming rig and have selected the following parts.

Can you guys please advise if all these will fit in there?

Motherboard and CPU are not compatible. The 8th gen cpus require a 3xx series board.

I would recommend a Cryorig C7 cooler for that CPU.

Your description says 16gb of DDR4 but the link goes to 8gb of DDR3 1600. DDR3 will not work. You need DDR4 and the i5 8400 supports upto ddr4 2666 so I'd reccomend DDR4 2666.
