Help with MMO Intel PC build.

Hey, all.
I lurk in the forums once in a while, but I decided to come out of the woodwork and participate.
Here's what I need help with:

What I'll Use it For:
What I want to build would be a pc mostly used for Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO and to play good story games like SC2 that I'll play regularly along with other MMOs and RPGs, Action Games like Assassin's Creed, and *maybe* an fps.

I have infinite free time, and most of it will be used on this computer.

Budget:
I have about 60-70 dollars and I'll have an additional 50 dollars every week to save.
***I am looking for help setting up a budget build with this budget, where I can get it up and running As Soon As Possible*** Just leave room for upgrading in your component selection.

What I have:
I have a case, a monitor, a 500w PSU, and a DVD/RW drive.

What I need initially:
Intel Haswell Motherboard.
Intel CPU (Good enough, but cheap enough, to play SWToR as soon as possible).
Hard Disk Drive.
Memory.
GPU

I'll write another thread when I'm ready to upgrade whatever system you guys help me with.
