help with mobo screws (pics included)

So my case manual seems like its contradicting itself. Which screw do I use?

This UFO looking one?

When the donut one is screwed in it doesn't cover up this ring of dots as seen here. While the UFO one does.

Is the screw supposed to cover that ring up or not.
Also I have the Asus Z97-A mono

Both are good to use, The UFO shaped ones are more secure so i would go for those

Hi

The first ufo seems to be the best of the 2 the second is too small as not covering the dots or ring

The brass pillar screws into metal plate and screw should cover ring round mounting holes to properly Earth the motherboard .
This helps stability and reduces radio frequency interference

Awesome thanks! anybody know the official name of the UFO screw? so I don't have to refer to it as the UFO screw.
