Help with monitor choice

Hello guys, im about to buy a 23' monitor..sadly here in my country there is no asus monitors..so which of these do u recommend? for gaming most

LG IPS LED 23EA53V

or

Samsung S23C350

I know samsung has less ms which is better but idk if there is big difference

Which country are you from? Better choices may be on some online retail sites. But for now the LG is better because of IPS and LED.
