Hey all,

I'd like to buy a monitor stand or mount for my 27' main monitor and 24' off monitor. The main is on center of the desk and the off is left to it, in a turned position, and i'd like to keep it this way.
And the stand or mount should be behind or under the main monitor not between the two. Basically a 3 monitor setup without the right monitor.

All double monitor mounts i have seen so far look like it woukd keep the monitorst next to each other simply or in a V shape.
Is there any version of double arms for my case or should i grab a triple monitor stand and detach the third arm somehow if its possible?

How much distance/gap is to be between the "main monitor" and the "off monitor"?

My suggestion is to go to the website of any candidate monitor stand(s) and look for the applicable User Guides/Manuals.

Read the installation and use instructions. Take careful look at any measurements regarding the assembly and installation.

Determine what the limits are and be sure to read the fine print....

Spec's are important.

0, they are touching.

Look at this picture LINK
I'd like something like this one except i'd like the stand or mount to be placed under the main monitor not somewhere between, it just feels odd for me.

The easiest solution will probably be to get a triple monitor stand and remove the unused arm. We and other manufacturers don't make off-center dual monitor mounts because there's unfortunately very little demand for them. If there are any mounts like this out there, they will more than likely be specialized items that cost a premium.
