Help with MSI promotion

I have purchased the MSI gtx 1070 quicksilver off of amazon US and have not received the code. I registered my product on MSI and on their promotion, got the code, and then when I tried to redeem it, it said ERROR. Will the code not work because I bought it off of amazon? Or is the code just for the season pass because I heard people say the code is for the game and the season pass. Thanks!

usually how it would work for me in the past... is amazon would email me the code. if you had to register for msi, it might have been a different promotion and you could try emailing them about it.

one time Nvidia was doing a promo and it was separate from amazon promotion... but i still got the promo after registering with nvidia (and amazon sent me code for its own promo). So I guess you just gotta figure out who owned what promo, then email accordingly.
