Help with my 5970

My 5970 is not running very well at all, I am upgraded to the latest drivers, and yet still get terrible performance in SC2 and Left 4 Dead 2.

Intel i7 930
Corsair TX850
6GB G.Skill 1600 RAM

Thinking of changing to Nvidia as I am sick of these terrible drivers.

Could the card be faulty?

Screw RMA, I'm getting a refund. I don't want to go through this again. Switching to the green team.
