Help with my Build

Hello everyone. I am new to these forums. I recently put together a build and plan to purchase it on amazon sometime this week. I would like to run it by all of you and see what you think. I want to make sure I am getting the right parts and that they will work together without any issues. I want to make sure that I get the right size power supply, that my hard drive type will fit my motherboard, if my choice of cooling will fit my case, etc. Most importantly I want to make sure I am not missing any parts that I would need to finish it. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. I want to get this right before I pull the trigger on it. Thanks.

Motherboard and cpu are not compatible. You can use a socket 1151 cpu on a socket 2011-v3 board.

Should I go with a Z170 board with an 1151 socket or would you recommend getting a different processor? What are the benefits of a Z170 vs X99 board and vis versa?

If this is mainly a gaming build get a Z170 board. If you will be doing other multi-threaded cpu heavy tasks then get a 6800k or 6850k.

Thank you. That is what I thought from what I was searching online. I updated My PC Build with a Z170 board, how does it look now? Is the power supply big enough, to big? How about the case, will everything work with that case? I really appreciate all of your assistance.

850w is kinda overkill. A good 550w PSU would be plenty for your system. 750w if you are thinking of a future SLI setup

I updated My PC Build to a 750w power supply. I was reading about wifi/bluetooth cards and trying to figure out which type I need for this build. This motherboard seems to have 2 and a half M.2 slots. I am using 1 for a 512mb SSD. I would like to use the other one for a wifi/bluetooh card. I am not sure which type of card I need. How do I know what type of key slot my motherboard takes? Also will the M.2 SSD that I choose above fit my chosen motherboard? Also, I noticed the "Pick as the solution" button. Can I pick more than one per thread? Should I be posting each question in a separate area of the forums that relate to each question I have at this point? Want to make sure I am following the rules around here.

Does anyone have any idea on the M.2 slot situation. I looked everywhere online for exact details for that board but I am still a bit confused about which keys it has, E, A, etc. I want to make sure I am getting the right parts for my build upon ordering. I need to get the correct wireless/bluetooth M.2 card, as well as make sure the SSD in my build will work with the M.2 slot I have on this motherboard. Also, I may change SSDs to THIS. Is it supported by that motherboard? Is there anything else I am missing?

According to the motherboards specs the m.2 slot on that board is key M/E. The 960 Evo will work just fine.
