Question Help with my computer

When i ugrade my 1050ti to a 1070ti, the problems starts. In games the computer freezes, and need to restart de pc, i reinstalled clean W10, and updated bios, and all MB drivers, i dont know what cause the problems.
Some times only just turn off the video and like 5 seg later turn on. Not only in games, some times while navigatin on youtube or somethhing else. I reinstaled the driver erasing the past with DDU.

EVGA 1070ti Gigabyte
cx650m
Corsair Vegeance RGB Pro 16gb 3200Mhz- XMP profile Actived
Seagate barracuda 7200 2tb
SSD kingston 240gb

I'd be suspicious of the PSU. The new card draws a fair bit more power in 3D applications.

GTX 1070ti
I5 8400
MB z370hd3
Cx650M

I clean all the computer, reinstalled Windows.

Any posible solution?
