I am new to building PC's, but i have been reading a little and decided to pick some of the parts by myself. I would like to know what you think about them and also ask for help to choose the PSU, because I'm not sure how to pick this. It will not be overclocked and wont be buying monitor, mouse or keyboard. Also, this PC will be used mostly for gaming and will be using Windows 8. Lastly, I'd like to know if you think extra fans or a CPU cooler is necessary.

Thanks in advance.

I chose the 8320 because I read AMD was cheaper than intel, but can you suggest me an alternative that's around that same price?

The AMD is good for gaming/video editing. But not good for strictly gaming. The i5-4440 or 4460 would be great options.

Although it is $30 more expensive, I find that quality Intel-Based motherboards are a lot cheaper. So don't look at just the price of the CPU. Looks at the price of the motherboard in combination with it. You would want an H97 series board to match it.

Another reason I (or anyone else really) does not suggest AMD for mid ranged budgets is because they offer no upgrade path.

I noticed that most H97 are micro ATX, does that makes a difference?

Umm are you sure you aren't looking at H81 motherboards? Those are mostly mATX. H97 boards are dominantly ATX.

I was looking at this one, what do you think?

Yes that is a good motherboard but getting a ASRock H97 PRO4 would be your best bet.
