The CPU is really old and doesnt support DDR4 so using DDR3 will already limit the amount of games you can play at a decent quality (unless you wanna be losing frames).
The GT710 is no longer being supported by Nvidia (originally it was cards up to the 980ti/960 that were no longer supported but as of recent most cards that arent RTX cards aren't supported)
The 4GB DDR5 RAM on the GPU (instead of Vram) is going to limit the bandwidth by a lot so any Graphically intensive games are almost immediately out of the question on even Medium settings.
The Mic and Webcam are from brands I've never heard from myself before. I would've stuck with a brand known to be good/well-known (such as for webcams Logitech, Anker, or similar and for Mics maybe Razer, Trust, or similar brands)

I would ask how much you are paying for the PC part of this.

DDR3 isn't actually that much of a problem. As long as you have enough of it and 16GB is good enough for an entry level machine.

I do agree though that you shouldn't be buying an i7-860 or a GT730 today. GT730 is basically the cheapest still available GPU worth having, and that is not saying much.

Typical office PC turned into a light gamer with a GT730 is around $200 US. For that much you can build a better system if you scrounge for the right parts.

Ryzen 3200G $50 - This has integrated graphics that is faster than a GT730 by a huge margin.

Later on you can add a light discrete GPU like an RX6600.

Peripherals are more of a personal choice. Monitor seems okay if it is cheap enough. 1080p 75hz is the more typical cheap panel. 100hz is a bonus.

Can you please tell us where you are located, and do you know how much you are looking to spend on this build? As other have stated, those parts are ancient.
