help with my grandmother gaming pc i built

okay so this pc i built for her about 2 years ago run very good she plays lite games ive gotten her lately into adventure gaming and she loves it how ever we got this issue that has me my blood boiling the issue is her screen will just either tear black out split up or flicker or move into segments ive reinstalled every SINGLE driver audio display cpu mother board you name it bios ive tries my high end rog monitor and its pull same crap and my monitor is fine tried a amd radeon rx 550 4g card still tears im lost her specs g.skill ares 2x 8GB 2333 MHZ cpu ryzen 5 2400G graphics is integrated note this issue happen while she is doing her baking too please help edit mobo tomahawk b350

Every game or just the one? The card might be failing. Or the PSU.

That is weird that it does it with any gfx card/iGPU. What are the rest of the components? Make/model of the PSU.
Have you checked the line voltage where she lives, is it steady with no spikes or dips?

psu is a power spec 80+ bronze no line voltage issues i have a spare 650 80+gold evga supernova incase im desperate

How long does it take before the issues show up? Right at boot? When it gets to the desktop? If neither, how about when you leave it idle at the desktop?

Has an r5 2400G released this year, but you built it two years ago? What am I missing here?

If the issue occurs when using the gfx card AND when using the iGPU, I would next think the problem may be cable related or monitor related.

i dont know how i tired my gaming monitor and she has no card i put a card in to see it still acts up :C ive tried guaranteed good monitor and cards so im at a loss im about to put the 650 super nova 80+ evga in and see if that does the charm
