hello i have a problem with my hp compaq nx7010 wifi i got it a week ago and after two days the problem came couse the laptop was from a company and it didn't have half the drivers the battery is dead couse it was in a closet for years and now when i connect to wifi it connects all nice it says it has 56mbph but in a browser(any browser) it says that the page can't be dysplayed couse there is no internet connection please help i got it working for two days now every network it only says its speed nothing else
 
Your computer is quite the classic. Be aware that it is running Windows XP, which does not get updates, and is not considered secure these days.

At any rate, you can try to make sure that you have the wifi drivers installed properly. The alternate would be to get a USB wifi adapter, which will have its own software, and just bypass the issue.
