Help with my memory's default voltage

Hey all,

I have D22GX53OPT (2x1GB) 667-DDR2, and have absolutely no idea what the default voltage should be. I'm thinking 1.8, but there is no documentation anywhere. Can anyone help? I'd like to call PNY, but their site is down presently.

anywhere from 1.8-2.1v should be a safe bet....

Going by the specs of the 512 version, it's a safe assumption to say 1.8v...

(but anywhere between 1.8-2.1 should be fine for ram)

Yes, the default voltage, as with all DDR2 RAM, is 1.8V. However, your RAM may be spec'd to require a higher voltage to run at the advertised settings (manufacturer-sanctioned overclocking). True, good post. But if PNY advertises those at 1.8, that means they have all been "speed-binned" and should boot/ post/ pass at those timings at 1.8v. (at those exact timings that is)
