I don't know witch one should i choose from these
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC 4GB DDR5 Windforce 3X
Gigabyte GTX 770 OC 4GB DDR5 256 Bit WINDFORCE 3X
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC 2GB DDR5 256 Bit

Is the 4 gb worth it? From what i understand games will require 3gb vram like BF4
I want to play games maxed out at leat 3-4 years, on a single monitor at 1080p
Also is this rig good for some OC-ing in the future?

You should get a FX-8350 and a 990FX motherboard for just a little bit more. For gaming 8gb memory is the sweet spot. You may wanna look at a hard drive along with that solid state drive so you won't run out of space. Western Digital has this one: http://www.amazon.com/WD-Blue-Desktop-Hard-Drive/dp/B0088PUEPK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1383140794&sr=8-1&keywords=wd10ezex

For your graphics card, you could look at the R9 280X which has very close performance to the 770 and is currently cheaper, and has 3GB VRAM. At 1080p 2GB VRAM isn't going to be a bottleneck though. I play Battlefield 4 maxed out on a 2gb 770 at 1080p and don't run into any VRAM issues. When Nvidia releases the 780Ti the 770 will lower in price to $329 and the 780 will lower to $499.

Well, i don't know why but i don't trust ati gpu's, maybe because nvidia provides more support?
What are the differences between my mobo and a 990fx?

I use photoshop on a daily basis so 16 gb should be fine

In my country all gpus are expensive so when the 980ti will arrive the rest will probably stay at the same price(a 770 in my country is about 520 dollars).
I'm guessing that with the new console arriving soon, the specs for new games on pc will rise, like 3 gb vram, and i dont want to spend so much money on a card and after a year to be outdated, (or maybe if i only play at 1080p, 2 gb will be enough for every future games?).

I'm also interested to know if the source is enough (also for future oc) and if all that will fit in my case.

The 990FX mobo supports better overclocking on your processor and may have a few more features/ports also. The 8350 is about $40-50 more than the 8320 but if you do photoshop, probably worth it. Here's some benchmarks, I'll let you decide if it's worth it. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/698?vs=697

The 4GB GTX 770 would probably be too slow to max out games before it hit a VRAM bottleneck.

I've decided to go with Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC WindForce 3X 2GB and maybe fx8350, i'm not sure yet.
But my concern now is the source, it is enough for water cooling?

I'm sorry, what do you mean by source?

Most of the time I'd recommend high end air cooling over water cooling because it's usally the same/better performance and cheaper.

Here's one of the best, if not the best air cooler, on par with a H100i. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608018

If you don't like the looks of the D14, Phanteks has an offering that has very similar performance.

-this one also comes in blue, red, and completely white.

Here's a H100i if you want to go water cooling: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032

Really, anything under the H100i is left in the dust by the Noctua D14 and Phanteks, they are great coolers.

And finally, if you want to do a light overclock and want a solid, cheap cooler, the Hyper 212 Evo is excellent.
