Help with my pc after a reset

I being the genius and smart man I am felt that my pc was running suboptimally so i felt the only way to fix it would be to fac reset it. So I reset it using the windows however it got stuck at 1% and then when i came back to it it was off. Upon starting up the computer there is no windows and only a BIOS Screen and i do not have the original disk for windows 10.
My specs are a gtx 970 and i-5 4690 and i have an ssd with windows saved to it well it was before reset i assumed Thanks for help in advance!

You can download a new install image and create a bootable USB using the Microsoft media creation tool HERE.

I would boot from the USB and try a system repair before doing a clean install.
