Help with my pc

I am an owner of a HP pc. The problem I have is that whenever I want to delete pictures from the camera of the pc it says I don't have permission to delete the pictures or maybe a certain file is using the pictures. Please help

Are you using an SD card or connecting the camera via USB?

I'm not using an SD card nor connected to a USB cable. I took the pictures with the laptop camera

Ok, I would recommend shutting down any software that you are viewing pictures with and then try to delete them.
