Hi guys. I actually own:
M2A97 LE R2.0
Fx 6350
AMD R9 390 Sapphire Nitro
8 gb Ram G. Skill 1600 and 4 gb corsair

and everyone say to me to upgrade my Mobo and change to intel I4690K
I had to change to a ddr4 mobo or stay with ddr3?. i dont think i will change anytime soon again, sooo

ddr3 or ddr4?

Solution
If you must upgrade the mobo/cpu then you could get the 4690k and Z97 mobo, which uses DDR3 (like what you have already). DDR4 is only for Skylake (6600k). The Haswell, like the 4690k, uses DDR3. Upgrading to intel will help a lot. It's killer!!!

Get a z97 motherboard and i5 4690k with compatible cooler if you dont own one already. You'll be fine with the ram you have now.

The i5 6600k doesn't have many improvements of i5 4690k except some increase in single core performance. But it does support a whole lot of new features. So you'll definitely not regret getting a z170, 15-6600k and the ram. However if you happen to be short on funds the i5 4690k is a beast and it will last you quite a while too.

The new Skylake (6th gen processors) only support 1.3V ram so you can only use ddr4 or ddr3l with it

Oh that ... it is only if you have different voltage on both rams .. speed and latency is scaled to match the lowest of the bunch
