Help with my upgrade

Need some advice on upgrading my rig. Having trouble running some new games. Should I replace GPU, Processor, or both? Here's my setup..

Intel i5 4670 3.4 GHZ
16 GB ram
EVGA - NVidia gtx 770
Win 7 64
MSI Z87-G45 mb

Your CPU is probably not bottlenecking you, Im still running a 3570k and my games run smooth. I would replace the 770, maybe with a 970 or 980?

the i5 4670 is not yet a bottleneck for vast majority of games. Even if it is a bottleneck, it is not yet something you should worry about.
Upgrading the GPU is the better option for now by far.
Go for at least GTX1060 6GB or RX480 8GB. If possible aim for GTX1070 or the soon coming AMD GPUs.
