help with new acer E15 and loading security

Says load before reg. Puter but nothing on puter cant find way to open disc drive

You need to put in a lot more info in the post. Load before reg. is what? What does the issue have to do with opening a disk drive?

I think a good part of the reason you can't open the disk drive is because with at least some of that series of Acer: "DVD Drive Sold Separately". Meaning your system may not have a disk drive.
