Help with new antec 450 2.0

Recently upgraded my PSU (antec smartpower 350 ) becuase my voltage rails were

11.33 for the 12
4.45 for the 5.0
3.10 for the 3.3 line

My new PSU, antec smartpower 2.0 450 i am also gettin possibly bad ratings?
12.159 for the 12
4.865 for the 5
2.293 for the 3.3

I am worried my 12 line is getting too MUCH power, and my 5v line not getting enough? I dont want to run out of time to return it to newegg for a more powerful model so quick response would be appriciated

computer specs for refrence:
p4c 3.2ghz cpu
ASUS P4PS800 SE mobo
X800 XT AIW Graphics card
2gb ram generic/corsair value ram pc3200
2 x 300gb hd in SATA
X-fi Music sound card
DVD burner
Mini disk drive
Floppy

Where are the readings coming from? A good rule of thumb for stability is +- 5% of the rated voltage on a rail, therefore, deviation of .17V, .25V and .6V on the 3.3/5/12V rails is ok. Applying that to your readings, the 3.3V rail is where my concern would be right now. That being said, you could be getting bad readings...go back to my first question. Are you experiencing any stability issues?

I am getting my readings from asus probe while running prime95 + ATItool + 3dmark2005

Check readings in the BIOS, too. What are your readings at idle?

no issues with stability. In bios the voltages are all solid 12.124 / 5 / 3.29
