I am starting up a new build. I need some one that knows there stuff to help me piece it together. Any help is appreciated but it would be nice to have some one to have a conversation about this with. I have skype if needed.

I would like to beable to play new games bo3 the witcher III Fall Out 4 at 1080p. And you know the basic surfing the web and youtube and such.

EDIT: just did the math and my budget is 650. Thats without a case, but i do need windows.

I think this will give you the best price to performance, you could get the ram in one dem so that you could upgrade to 16gb later.
