i want to build a cpu computer for some heavy rendering stuff and my budget is between 1400-1500 USD. i already have 1 tb hd so lets not consider that. please suggest me.;)

Does your rendering involve the GPU as well? If not, you could go for a pretty high-end Ryzen system, or maybe wait for the 16 core Ryzen to launch in September. If your system involves heavy GPU rendering, then the above build would be pretty good indeed.

The 3900X has more cores, so it will give better performance in rendering, and the GPU is the same, so this might be a better choice.
