Thank you for your time. :)

Hello all I have a question of what motherboard/power supply you think I should get for my setup and if they are all compatible or not. If you have a suggestion that I should change something if it isn't a very big price jump go ahead and recommend it. :)
OWNED: (and plan to put in once I have all of the parts)
CPU: [urlExt=http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284] AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz Eight-Core Processor [/urlExt]
GPU(Plan on upgrading after a while): [urlExt=http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=356682]EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 2gb Edition[/urlExt]
Need Help With These:
Power supply: <140$
Motherboard: <140$
RAM: Any

I know what I need for all of the rest and thank you for your time if you decide to help me out. :)

(Crossfire/SLI) No I don't plan on it I'm not sure if I am experienced enough to try to do something like that. It may also be out of my price range atm.
(Overclock) My CPU or later my new GPU maybe yes.

Motherboard: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga990fxaud3
Great quality motherboard that overclocks well and supports SLI/crossfire in case you choose to in the future (1-2years later).

PSU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750bbefx
Great quality psu. XFX psus are Seasonic OEMs so it's definitely high quality. Additionally, 750w should allow you to SLI/crossfire most cards and allow you to overclock. However, if you plan to SLI GTX 770 (or stronger) or crossfire Radeon HD 7970, then you would definitely want to go with an 850w psu.

RAM: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31866c9d8gab
Standard low-profile, 2x4gb, 1866mhz, CAS 9, 1.5v RAM.

Thank you, you have helped out a lot!
