Help with next PC upgrade

Hi everyone,

I'm a student with not a lot of money to go around, but recently I decided to upgrade my PC a bit, and it has to be gradual upgrade. One component at a time. I managed to replace an old SATA I, DDR2, AM2 socket mobo with one listed below. I don't do a lot of gaming, and the only game I play is Company of Heroes 2, so I don't need an ultra powerful PC.

My (partially) upgraded PC is:
-AMD Athlon x3 445 (just a temp solution, it was cheapest cpu compatible with this mobo)
-ASUS M5A97 R2.0
-DDR3 1866MHz Kingston 4GB
-SSD Samsung Evo 830 128GB
-AMD HD6670 1GB DDR3

I would like to ask you in what order should I upgrade my PC? What should be the priority of upgrades? Get another 4GB of DDR? New CPU? What are your suggestions for CPU and graphics card upgrade?

Here's my suggestion of upgrades to do. I'll number them point wise.
1| RAM(it's foolish to mix and match ram stick's or kits thus my suggestion to buy a quad or dual channel kit and forget about it).
2| CPU(you're going to run into bottleneck issue with pretty much any entry or mid level GPU's) and it also gives you headroom when you add more intensive programs such as rendering software, provided you're a student of architecture).
3| PSU(I'm assuming you didn't swap out your PSU nor that you have a reliable unit. The PSU is considered the heart of the unit as it pumps power to all of your components).
4| You may want to also take a look at this guide.

Hi, thank you for your answer.

1) I already added another 4GB of RAM so its now 2XDDR3 1866MHz Kingston HyperX 4GB and its in dual channel mode, so its good

2) It will be my next stop

3) PSU is a Silverstone 600W, which SHOULD be enough
