Hey, I know its not the best cpu but one, I'm learning how to overclock so why use a high top cpu to overclock and mess that up and two its what I got for now and I want to see if I can.

Ok so this may be a little long. This is my settings so far.
CPU Freq. 231.0
CPU Freq. Multi. x15.0 3000MHZ
CPU/NB Freq. 4.00x
HT Over Voltage 1.22
CPU Over Voltage 1.40
VDDNB Over Voltage Auto
Load Line 58.05%
Mem Clock value 400MHZ
Mem Over Voltage 1.545
Chipset Over Voltage 1.23

Ok so long story short ive been playing with the values as seen above. After they are entered it restarts the computer I go into prime 95 and a couple of monitoring programs and run the test. Ran it for like an hour. It did fine. Temps fine, never crasher or anything like that. So I go back into the BIOS and I just get a black screen. Restart the pc and overclock fail comes up. SO my question is what values so I increase/ decrease so my overclock stops failing?

Specs-
CPU- AMD Athlon ii x2 250
MB- ASUS M4N68T M V2
PSU- EVGA 600W
Ram- 8gb Corsair Vengence 1600mhz
GPU- GTX 960 SSC 4GB

so I got it all the way up to 3.7ghz and it started up fine. I benched it with prime 95 for about an 1hr. Temps on core was about 31C and the socket was 41C. Everything seemed stable. Now I restarted my computer and it said overclock failed so I'm back at square 1. Why does it pass all the tests and boot up the first time. Then when I go to restart it. It says it failed.

No, no warning messages, except for when I restart my PC. Now even if I do the slightest of OC it says that. How come I cant OC my cpu even the slightest bit? am I doing something wrong ?
