Help With OC and GPU Tweak

I'd like to get the most out of my PC, so I installed GPU Tweak at the advice of a friend. The "gaming" setting very, very slightly raised the settings. Is it dangerous to just push the sliders to the "Max" setting?

Here's my specs:

MSI Z97 G45 Gaming
Corsair H100i cpu cooler
i5-4690 @ 3.50Ghz
16Gb G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1600
2 Asus STRIX GTX980 in SLI
Samsung 250Gb SSD
CX750M PSU

i am not familiar with that o/c program (i use msi afterburner).
if you keep voltage the same then you should be ok in terms of damage. in terms of stability you will find out if you try firestrike after an overclock. if it is anywhere near unstable it'll crash pretty quickly.

looking at your psu however, i am not sure that it will be able to handle too much o/c'ing.
