I'm relatively new to OC, I just built my rig yesterday. I want to OC to something stable 24/7, I have a Xigmatek 1283 cooler for the i7. I want to get it around 3.3-3.7 stable 24/7, if thats possible. I have been reading watching tutorials but I can't find much on the MSI x58 Pro MB, so I'm not sure if it's the same for all MB when it comes to OC on what exactly to do. Here are my specs:

G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit

XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V CPU Cooler

CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W PSU

MSI X58 Pro LGA 1366

Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz LGA 1366

SAPPHIRE 100259-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB

I have also included pics of my current set up with CPU-Z and realtemp

I've got a P6T deluxe all i had to do was bump the Bclk up to 180 and it runs fine at 3.6, max temp under load is only like 75 and that test went for 21 hrs

Well I tried my hand at it and I bumped the bclk up 175, left everything else auto and I ran prime95 last night. When I got this morning I saw the BSOD, not sure when it happened so I can't say for sure how long it ran. However, I did see it run for 15 mins before I went to bed and max temps were around 55 and vcore was around 1.12 max. But that was just for 15 mins.
When I run prime95, do I need to disable any autolog off, screen saver, power saver programs, etc.?

I was able to get things figured out and have appeared to find stable settings. I have the cpu multiplier at 175x20, 1.16Vcore, and QPI at stock settings (I just have it set a 0.00 instead of auto) QPI multiplier at 18, Uncore Multiplier at 16, and RAM Multiplier at 8. Those are the only settings I have changed. I have been running on prime95 for about 8 hours now and max temps have been about 60c with an avg of 57c or so. I'll post screens later. Thanks.
