help with old ssd

So i got 2 new drives today i put windows on one of them and was able to add the second drive to my system. when trying to add my old drive to the system it fails. It still has all of my old data on it so thats probably the reason why. is there a way to fix this without tacking it to a store and having some one clean the disk

fixed it downloaded a partition cleaner of the internet
