HELP WITH OVERcLOCKING A4 6300

So like the title says.
MY PC CONFIG IS:
A4 6300 APU
INTEGRATED GPU
4 GB PATRIOT 1600mhz RAM
350W Power supply
FM2 A55M E33 MOBO
MS CRONUS CASE

I would like to overclock the gpu and the cpu. Cooling is his stock cooler.

I don't think that one can be. Unlocked multipliers, for both AMD and Intel, are designated with a K in the cpu name. Also you shouldn't try much overclocking on the stock heatsink.
