Okay first let me give you my specs
AMD A10 6800k (stock speeds atm)
Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB
8GB Corsair Vengeance LP 1600 DDR3
500 GB Hard Drive
Cooler Master 212 EVO
Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD2 Motherboard
Corsair CX 430 80+ Bronze power supply.

Now I know that my specs aren't the greatest but anyway what I wanted to know is that I understand that the TDP of the system isn't too far away from the max wattage of the PSU so if I wished to overclock the 6800k slightly would I even be able to and if so how far do you think I able to go with the PSU I have.

I haven't OCed before so any help is greatly appreciated.

Solution
I calculated your PSU requirements and came up with 382 watts and 430 recommended. That's with an overclock and a couple of USB devices and fans. On the surface that seems OK, but since it is a lower quality PSU, it may not even reach it's rated wattage, and even if it does, it will be working hard, producing heat and the fan running flat out. That PSU wasn't really designed with overclocking in mind. I would opt for a higher quality PSU and a little more wattage to allow for more overclocking headroom and efficiency.

Solution
Okay that's fine I was only wondering if I would be able to bump it up a couple 100 Mhz in CPU intensive games due to it being not the strongest CPU but as long as it runs without the OC I am satisfied.
