help with overclocking amd phenom 2 x6 1055t

hi there hoping somebody can help me id like to overclock my phenom 2 x6 1055t (thuban) from stock 2.8 to 3.3 the cooler im using is the asus Silent Square EVO my motherboard is m4a78lt-m-le running 8gb of ddr3 ram (Mushkin) dram frequency is at 669.6 mhz nb frequency 2008.8mhz and my gpu is Nvidia geforce gtx 550ti 1gb 1024mb psu is g7 power extreme 580w if theres anything ive missed let me know thanks.

i tried the youtube link but when i exit bios pc turns off restarts and i have no signal on monitors an am forced to move the jumper from pins 1+2 to 2+3 then back again to reset
