Help with overclocking an i7-3770k for the first time?

MOBO: P8Z77-V Deluxe
CPU: i7-3770k 3.5 GHz

I'm really noob about it and I messed up a lot when I tried it last year, any tip? Thank you!
By the way, I tried many guides but I get stuck on some settings. Like I don't know if I need to enable Turbo or just use the CPU ratio or some other settings. I'm right now at 4.3 with Offset mode +0.070 without turbo mode, pretty stable but feels weird sometimes on programs that use mostly CPU, I'm really confused about certain things.

Should help you. It's what I learned with.

What I would do, is keep SpeedStep on, set a manual voltage, and a manual ratio. Keep the BCLK at 100. You can also turn off SpeedStep and use LLC settings.

I'm at 4.4 and with IBT at maximum I get 85+ degrees, I feel that's not right
