Hello, although I've fiddled around with computers for two decades, overclocking is something I haven't done much so I'd appreciate any help and tips. My setup consists of some good Black Friday deals and some old junk which I plan to upgrade sometime next year, so for the transition period I'm looking for some extra oomph. I don't want to fry anything so I want to stay within safe voltages and temperatures, this baby needs to last until 6-12 months (planning to see Zen+/Zen2 or Intel 9th gen). So, here's what I have:

CPU: AMD FX-6350
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
MB: AsRock 890FX Deluxe4 (Latest official BIOS, 1.70)
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston HyperX Beast 1600MHz
GPU: GF 1070
PSU: Corsair RM750x
Case: Fractal Design Define R5 BlackOut
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

So far I've reached 4730MHz on the CPU and 1720MHz on the DDR3's. I'll link two pictures from my BIOS OC Tweaker, they'll tell my settings:

I ran AIDA64 stability test for a good 12 hours, everything remained stable and max core temp was 55 degrees Celsius. The only issue I've had so far is that sometimes my computer won't boot, altho power led lights up and fans start spinning, screens remain in standby. 5-second-power-off and trying again usually resolves it and everything runs fine.

I tried bumping CPU Frequency up to 220MHz but couldn't get into Windows anymore (2 BSOD's, 1 freeze-up).

So, my question would be, what would you recommend? Should I be satisfied with what I have or are there noticiable gains to have? If so, what could I try next? Don't really know much about voltages for instance, all I know I should keep CPU Voltage under 1.5V for safe 24/7 use.

PS. Sorry for possible grammatical errors, english is not my native language.

Edit: And of course, usage is mostly gaming (CS:GO, League of Legends, Overwatch, GTA V and maybe some future titles)

Solution
Methinks you are just about where it can go. 4.8 GHz was maximum with my 6350 with enough stability. I even had to go to with 1.52v to get that.
