Help with overclocking ryzen 3 1300x with stock cooler

So i got my ryzen 3 1300x like month ago and i'm just trying to oc it a little bit. I have overclocked it already to 1.29 cpu voltage and 3.8 ghz. I have ASROCK B350M Pro4 as my motherboard, and atm, AIDA64 is lying about my cpu temperaturek, i see 65-70 on Ryzen's program and 35-45 on AIDA64. Is my overclock too much or can i try to increase something little bit? It has runned stably on this point but i'm just not sure about this.
