Question Help with overclocking

I'm trying to overclock my system and am very unfamiliar with it.
My build:
MSI B-450 Tomahawk
Ryzen 5 2600 6 core
Geil Evo Spear 3000mhz 2x8gb
PowerColor Red Dragon RX 580
EVGA 600w 80+ Bronze
4 case fans
Wraith spire stock CPU cooler
I went into my bios and my DRAM wasn't meeting its rated speed so I locked it in at 3000mhz instead of the 2800 it was at which helped performance a little. I tweaked my setup in afterburner to look like this:
Power limit +50
Temp 90
Core clock 1425
Memory clock 2025
Fan speed 100
I also put my A-XMP on Profile 2 as it gave me a slightly higher score on Heaven than what Profile 1 had with all settings the same:
FPS 56.2
Score 1418
Min 18.2
Max 118.2
Everything was on Ultra settings at 1920x1080. Is there any way I can improve this? I tried game boost but it took away from performance. My GPU crashed at 1500 core clock as well.

When overclocking on afterburner, I always max out core voltage, power limiter, and temp settings. Then I advance core and memory to bench mark until it becomes unstable then I back off 10% on core and memory. You can also set windows power to high performance.

You don need fan speed at 100. You can go in to fan settings and make a more aggressive fan curve that will keep it cooled and not make a ton of noise. This is mine. http://prntscr.com/mukwwo Also the best over clock settings I could find were +96 core voltage--- +50 power limiter---- 1500 core--- 2200 memory.
