Help with packet loss

I started having trouble with packet loss resulting in pages/videos not loading and being disconnected from games. I've run the ping test on our Asus RT-N66U router and depending on time of day it can range from 10-75% loss.

I've also ran a few WinMTR tests below:

I would re install lan drivers and reset router, if thst doesnt help, set dns in local network adapter under ipv4 8.8.8.8 as primary, secondary as 8.8.4.4.

Did you tried using in command prompt (launch as admin) type this -> ipconfig /flushdns -<

If still you experience that, try swapping cable of pc-router, othervise contact your internet service provider.
