I have in mind building a PC for gaming and streaming, but I don't have much idea about components and the more I learn the more I get tangled up.

The only thing I have decided is that I want a Ryzen 7 3700x, an RTX 2070 Super, 32 Gb of RAM (I don't know if that's a lot), a 1TB M.2 (Corsair or Samsung?), A 2 TB mechanical disk and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 heatsink.

Regarding the Cabinet, Power Source and Motherboard I don't have much idea of what to choose.

Some suggestions?

Solution
Currently I live in Bolivia and I would like to spend about 1600-1800 Usd, since I have to leave something for the mouse, keyboard, monitor and microphone (I would like you to recommend some models of peripherals) to be able to start.

Well I don't know any store to buy pc parts in bolivia so I would give you the build I think works with what you want. The only things I didn't add are the keyboard and mouse cause those 2 item are very personal picks that you will need to look for perhaps test and read and watch reviews about it.

Feel free to swap the GPU later on for an RTX 3070 if you can find it at the same price than this RTX 2070 Super.

The LG display is probably one of the best budget IPS 1440p 144Hz monitors out there...

Well you will need an AMD motherboard for sure. The B550 ATX will do, but beware, there are apparently B550 that is specific for Intel CPU

As for the corsair or samsung choice, it's all down to budget really

Power source? Cabinet?

The LG display is probably one of the best budget IPS 1440p 144Hz monitors out there, but hey when talking about monitors and how the image look you could have your personal view too.

Instead of going with a 1TB M.2 SSD + 2TB HDD, I rather get 2x 1 TB M.2 NVME SSD. Here is your choice too, pick whatever you like the most.

As for the extra CPU cooler, I would really try the stock included one, and then think about adding an aftermarket one if really necesary. You will find lots of options, like the CM Hyper 212 Black Edition, Arctic Freezer 34 esposrt DUO, Sycthe Mugen 5 Rev. B, Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black, or even a nice budget AIO water cooler like the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 280

Complete the build adding two extra fans to the case (for a total of 3 x front / 1 x back, or 2 front / 1 back/1 Top back).

As for the PSU it should be able to handle even the RTX 3080.
