Help with pc build

Can someone build me a gaming PC with Gtx 980 sli, i7 4790k and water cooling i dont care about price just as long as its under 6000 nz.
Will also need windows 8.1 and mouse keyboard headphones and moniters.
Could also be 970sli just whatevers most bang for buck
