Yes they are but think about getting better SSD some better ones are Samsung 850 EVO, Crucial BX100, OCZ ARC100

But definitely change the PSU, CX series are low quality PSU. Get XFX 650w it on sale it costs only 50$ or if you want space for future SLI get XFX 750w i think it also cost 50$ 😀 ahahha

You chose some pretty nice parts but this is what i have for you
what is your budget?
also not sure if you need an OS or not so i added one.

i would recommend the 390 over the 970 as it has 8gb of vram

the xeon e3 1231 v3 has hyperthreading and better stock performance than the 4690k, it is basically an underclocked locked 4790k, you should probably still get a 212 evo for it though. It cant overclock but it doesn't look like you plan to OC much with a 212 evo.

the motherboard is a bit overkill and the extreme3 is a nice one.

and what the guy above said.

My budget right now is 1300 dollars

okay thanks, im thinking about upgrading with sli in the future so ill upgrade my psu. And ill take a look at some of the better SSD's

just over 1300$ without the OS, which im assuming you dont need. If you do need it consider increasing budget to 1400$, it will double your gaming performance for like 8% more money.
