Hello, I'm building my first pc, and have some doubts about the components that I'm getting.

My parts:

i3-8100 3.6Ghz
Gigabyte 1060 3gb G1
Gigabyte B360M DS3H
deepcool atx tesseract bf
Cooler Master 550w
Ballistic sport 2*4Gb 2400Mhz
Seagate 1tb
Kingston SSD 120GB

I can get all of them for about 670€

1. Will the i3-8100 bottleneck the GPU in Pubg, GtaV or assassin's Creed Origins?
2. Will the GPU fit in the case? I think that there are 28cm for the GPU, but I'm not sure.
3.Is the PSU ok? The Seasonic are too expensive, and there are very few models in my country, there aren't Evga, and fery few of Corsair either, that are expensive, and I'm on a budget.
4. I'm getting the Ram used? Is this a problem?
5. Do you recommend me something to change, maybe the motherboard, but I'm on a budget, and the motherboards here are limited and kind of them expensive. (i don't really like Ryzen)

Thanks in advance!

I'm from Moldova, and my buget is like 680$-700$.
I would like to have an Intel Cpu, I don't know why, maybe because I would like to upgrade later to an i5 or i7, and if I go with Ryzen, than this means that I'll need a new mobo too, right?
