Help with pc performance

Hey there. Very curious as to why my pc is running so poorly all of the sudden. When i first built it I had 300 fps in league of legends and like a solid 200 in counter strike. Now im getting 140 in league and. 100 in csgo... also the new game battlegrounds im getting 35 overclocked with everything on low... like seriously i spent good money for this build. Also h1z1 i get 45 which is also shitty. On black ops 3 i get around 50-60 in game. Whats annoying though, the welcome screen where you choose game mode etc for battlegrounds i get 180 but it drops 150 from there to in game?
My build : msi 1060 6gb
Mobo: msi 970a gaming x pro carbon
Cpu: AMD 6300 vishera 6 core.
Ram is DDR3 highest speed(2200 or something like thag) 16gb
With a samsung 850 evo 256 ssd and a cooler master hyper fan.
Before you say i might have a lot running. Ill have just the game open no background games or spotify discord etc. league alone takes 20% of my cpu and im guessing battlegrounds takes 50%. Also power saver is off. Interested to know how I deal with nvidia control panel and how to optimize settinggs there.... should i lift my case off the ground a bit? Maybe get a cheap 6inch stand or something? To help with airflow? thanks guys appreciate it.

1st step: clean PC as it is maybe a heat issue;
2nd step: if temps are still high on CPU(after you checked them using Speccy) - try replacing thermal paste
